Shipping Policy

Heaven's Harvest products typically ship within 1-3 business days.  You will receive an email with tracking information when it ships.  Courier Options include USPS Priority Mail (for small packages) and UPS Ground.  WE STRONGLY SUGGEST choosing UPS anytime possible (PO Box holders see note below).  If expedited shipping is required, please call 800-516-4773.  Standard delivery transit time is 3-7 business days.  If shipping outside of the continental United States, please call us at 800-516-4773.

Heaven's Harvest is not responsible for any returned shipment costs or for refunding the cost of the original shipment should it be returned to sender. 

PO BOX CUSTOMERS:  As of January 1st, 2025, we urge you to consider shipping to a physical address. Most of our shipments will arrive to you in large packages.  We CANNOT guarantee anything with USPS - including the tracking information, time to delivery, package receipt, etc.   USPS DOES NOT work with shippers to guarantee delivery and we will NOT resend "missing/late/damaged" orders that shipped via USPS. 

***To our Dear Canadian Customers,  much to our chagrin, we cannot control the costs of international shipments.  Any duties, fees, or taxes required upon pick-up of your order are the customers' responsibility.   Heaven's Harvest is not responsible for any returned shipment costs or for refunding the cost of the original shipment should it be returned to sender. 

***Free Shipping (orders totaling $100 or more) this does not include Alaska and Hawaii due to the high cost of shipping to these locations.  Please call if you have any questions.
